Airport Information
Ocean Reef Club is located on the northernmost tip of the island of Key Largo. You can fly into any airport in southeast Florida and then rent a car and drive or arrange private transportation. Airport options are as follows:
Miami International Airport (MIA): 54 miles (Approximately 1 hour from Ocean Reef Club)
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL): 84 miles (Approximately 1.5 hours from ORC)
Palm Beach International Airport (PBI): 125 miles (Approximately 2 hours from ORC)
Guests traveling via private plane can fly directly into the Ocean Reef Club airport. All private aircraft must be registered with Ocean Reef Club in advance. To obtain a sponsoring member number, email andi@andisoirees.com and mention Wilson & Brooke's wedding. Once you have received the sponsoring member number, you can click the link below to register your aircraft.
Getting To and From the Airport
To travel to Ocean Reef Club from the airport, we recommend taking an Uber or booking a car service.
For your return trip to the airport, please note that you will not be able to book an Uber or Lyft from within Ocean Reef Club. You will need to reserve alternate transportation.
Ocean Reef Club has a partnership with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, which means you can drop off or pick up an Enterprise rental car at The Inn. If you choose to rent a car, we recommend a one-way Enterprise rental for both your arrival and return trip. You will not need a car to get around ORC during your stay. To book an Enterprise rental car, call 305.367.2611 and ask for Enterprise car rentals.

Accommodations at Ocean Reef Club
For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at The Inn at a discounted rate for our wedding. Please click the link below to make your reservation or if you call, reference the Holloway wedding.
If you would like to extend your stay, book a private home, or make other special requests, please call 877.282.9911. They will provide you with a lot of options, especially if you're traveling in a large group. Please note that house rentals require a minimum of 5 nights.
We strongly encourage you to make your reservations soon as accommodations at Ocean Reef Club are limited.
Traveling Within Ocean Reef Club
If you are not staying at the Inn, we highly recommend that you reserve a golf cart for use during your stay. Golf carts are by far the best (and most fun!) way to get around Ocean Reef Club. There will be free parking available for any rental cars, but driving is not practical for getting around ORC.
For golf cart rentals, we recommend contacting Reef Scooter at 305.367.9597 or via email at reefscooter.rental@gmail.com. Reef scooter is located on Ocean Reef Club property at 4 Barracuda Lane.
Rentals are also available directly through the Club. Contact 305.367.5897 to rent from Ocean Reef.
For guests staying at The Inn, please note that everything is located within walking distance and there is no reason to rent a golf cart.
Ocean Reef Club Vacation Rentals
Ocean Reef Club spans more than 2,500 acres, encompassing much more than The Inn. If you would like to rent a private home or condo for your stay at Ocean Reef, click the link below for more information.
Ocean Reef Club event guests who choose to rent accommodations through VRBO, Airbnb or other similar online rental sites not directly authorized or licensed by Ocean Reef Club are not eligible for guest cards and will not have access to any Club facilities, including restaurants. Ocean Reef Club is not responsible for any cancellation fees or other charges in relation to such reservations.
Off-Premises Accommodations
While we encourage you to stay within Ocean Reef Club close to the wedding events and fun, if you choose to stay outside of the property, there will be a $55 charge per day, per couple to use the resort facilities and make any charges at the club.
If you plan only to attend the wedding events, you will not be charged a fee.
